All overlays are now loaded exactly once on startup instead of re-evaluating each time an item is equipped/unequipped. Spice of Life: Wasteland Journeyman Masked Helmet now uses facewrap. Spice of Life: Cowboy Hunter Goggles now use goggles03. Spice of Life: Raider Leather Helmet now uses goggles03. Spice of Life: Wasteland Vagrant Helmet now uses goggles01. Scorched Sierra Power Helmet now correctly uses t45d_gre instead of t51b_gre. Authority Glasses now correctly use the sunglasses01 overlay. Lucky Shades now correctly use the sunglasses01 overlay. Goggles Helmet now uses the goggles01 overlay, instead of 02. Boogeyman's Hood now correctly uses the goggles03 overlay. Raider Arclight Helmet now correctly uses the welding overlay. Fixed issue where breathing sounds stop working when the player dies and reloads their save file. Fixed an issue where new config files wouldn't load if they contained exactly 2 or 3 entries. Note: You may find that you can only equip the graphic on the mask of the first faction and the pad of the second - that is fine - once you enter the Quick Versus game this will unlock.- Added some slight light bleeding to the frames of most overlays, to help soften edges and increase the illusion of depth. To earn the actual Achievement / Trophy there is an additional few steps you have to take - so do the following:ġ - Once you have uploaded the mask to the server and your game and verified this by selecting the mask as your custom mask Ģ - Enter Verses Mode from the Main Menu and select Options Ĥ - Play a Versus Match and it should then unlock! When you collect your gear in the game, your new mask will be in it, and you will be wearing it! Once you have done that you are pretty much done with this part of the process. Once you have uploaded your mask to the server and your game, you can use it by selecting it in the Custom Mask Menu. That is Irish, and it is pronounced Chucky-Arr-Laa and it means "Our Day Will Come." It is a yellow mask with a green four-leaf clover and the phrase - Tiocfaidh Ar La - on it. I quickly made my own mask - called the Chucky Mask - and uploaded it to both the server and my game - and I made it publicly available if you want it. Right, so you now have linked your game account to the EA account, so you are ready to run the Mask and Armor creator! Using it is pretty basic and there are good instructions and a tutorial on the site to help you. I know, I am so funny I make me laugh too. If you do, skip to the next part of this section - if you do not, go ahead and register with EA now, and create your account. So first head over to and check to see if you have an EA account already - if you have played other games from EA with online content chances are that you do - so find out by doing the log-in thing. To earn this one you have to do a few things outside of the game first - register with EA (if you have not already done so) and link your Gamertag or PSN ID to your AO2:FD account. Before you jump into the game, if you review the Achievement/Trophy list you will notice that there is one for creating and wearing a custom mask in the game.
